I have found the quality to be superb and the customer service to be even better.  I just added the custom molded ear tip and at times forget I am wearing it, even after a 10 hour shift.  The workmanship holds up to everyday abuse on the road.  I highly recommend this product, it is well worth the cost.

"I have been a customer for a couple years now.  I love my SoundWaves® UltraLight setup with the Typhoon® 200 Series, small lapel mic and quick disconnect Motorola adapter.  I wouldn't go out on the streets without it.  I also have the soft ear plugs which are great for getting daytime sleep while the kids are running around the house being kids.  I also have the shooting plugs which allow you to get a good cheek welt when using a rifle.  The ear bud molds are also great providing optimal hear performance while blocking out external noise.  To top it all off Krista's customer service has been awesome.  Based on my experiences and the quality products that are represented by AK Defense, I would definitely recommend them as a high quality and trustworthy company."

I've been using my custom sleep molds from AK Defense for over 6 months now, and I can gladly say that they have been useful in greatly reducing white noise on airplanes and have allowed me to get more restful sleep at home. AK Defense offered to personalize the molds with my initials, and also created them out of material that glows in the dark, just in case I lose them in the middle of the night. The fitting was painless and efficient, and I received the molds in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend AK Defense for their quality products!
