Return Policy

AK Defense believes in quality, durable products. However, there are sometimes manufacturer defects or other situational problems. In such cases, we believe in fixing your problem as fast as possible.

- Each product has different warranties based on the manufacturer. They are typically 12 month, 15 month, or 24 month limited warranties. Check the product page for the warranty information of your product.

- There is a thirty (30) day return policy, however, the product must look new.

- For Return/Cancellation inquiries please email helpdesk@akdefense.com. Please add the subject ‘Returns’ so that email will gain a priority response.

NOTE: AK Defense returns all money via check for the returned amount minus a 5% restocking fee. No exceptions. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
